**Return Policy**

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

**Return Eligibility**
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

**Damages or Issues**
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

**Non-returnable Items**
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about whether an item can be returned, please contact us for clarification.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

**Exchanges**
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.

**European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period**
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and you will need proof of purchase.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
